  • We are currently shipping only to addresses within the United States. However, some of our items are available for international shipping through our Etsy shop — feel free to check there if you’re outside the US!

  • If your item arrives damaged (e.g., torn, stained, or defective) or we sent you something different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or product entirely), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send photos of the issue and we’ll provide a free replacement or full refund (including free return shipping label) — no hassle at all.

  • Non-custom physical items: Yes, within 14 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (then we pay return shipping).

    Custom artwork items, any or all personalized or customized items, and every digital download: Final sale — no returns or refunds.

  • Because all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.
