Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from Speedy G’s! If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the process as simple and friendly as possible.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to let us know if you’d like to return an item. Should you require special circumstances regarding an extended timeframe, please reach out to us.

What Can Be Returned

- Physical items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them (with original tags/packaging when applicable).

- If it’s our mistake or the item is flawed → we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund (your choice!).

Final-Sale Items (No Returns or Refunds)

The following items are always final sale:

- All digital downloads (the moment the link is sent to you, the sale is complete)

- Custom kids-artwork gifts, personalized or customized items, and any made-to-order products

- Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale at checkout)

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind and the item is eligible (non-custom/personalized, and non-digital), you may return it within 14 days. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the item back in perfect condition.

How to Start a Return

Just shoot us an email at speedygs@thespeedygeorgeco.com with your order number and a quick note about what’s up. We’ll reply within 1 business day with instructions and (if we’re covering shipping) a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll advise you of our decision. Should we process a refund for you, it will be sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as it’s done.

Production & Shipping Note

Most of our physical items are made-to-order through Printify or one of our other trusted production partners, so please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This keeps things sustainable and lets us offer you all the fun designs you love!
